Password Reset

Request a New Password

Enter your email address in the box and select the Reset Password button. You will receive an email with your new password. This password is a strong, randomly-generated password that is generated by the system. Keep the email handy or add the password to your password manager.

Remember, you can check the Remember Me box after entering your password. This will automatically fill in your password whenever you sign in on this computer.

Can I Select My Own Password?

This is a feature that will be coming in the future. OSBS will send an email with instructions once this feature is available.

In the meantime, if you would like your password changed to something meaningful to you, email Sally Filler at pixiferret@gmail.com with your name and the password you wish to use.
